The Messermeister Oliva Elite Stealth Chef’s 8-inch Knife is the workhorse of all the knives. You will gravitate towards it when executing 90% of your culinary tasks. It has a highly figured Italian olive wood handle attached to a hand forged Stealth blade and is about 25% thinner and 10% lighter than traditional chef’s knife. It has been ground down to a thin profile to create a razor sharp edge. With this knife, you can chop, slice, dice and mince your way through extended cutting tasks without fatigue.

It is recommended that you hand-wash your knives with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry the knives immediately after washing. We do NOT recommend using any knife but a German meat cleaver to cut through bones or frozen products, as other blades can easily be damaged. To best maintain the edge on your knife, you should follow a regular honing practice or maintain your blade with a recommended sharpener. Cutting on hard surfaces such as glass, stone or granite will damage blades. ALWAYS use caution when handling any knife.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and not be used. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
