The Magefesa 13.5 ” Carbon Steel Paella Pan can be used on most stove types- including open flame and charcoal grills. (Pan does not work on induction stovetops.) The Dual-riveted looped handles allow a more comfortable and secure handle. Each pan is coated with beeswax for protection during shipping; the beeswax is to be washed off prior to first use. Carbon Steel will change and season with use, so with use your paella pan will discolor. The 13.5″ size serves 4 to 6 people. Made in Spain.
